Bonbon wellness coaching offers personal coaching to make sustainable and long-lasting changes to support your holistic well-being, and create a solid base to tackle life's ups and downs.
We take a holistic perspective on your wellness – Taking into account all aspects that affect your well-being. Your mind and body connection, how you eat and move, your relationships, thinking patterns and so much more. The way to balance and well-being is bio-individual and looks different for everyone. Health coaching is an interactive process where the client and coach work together on behavioral changes. The health coach functions as a support and accountability coach for you, facilitating and supporting you in implementing the changes you want to make, and the goals you want to achieve.
The work happens in sessions, through exercises, tools, handouts on specific topics of interest and accountability support. We work by exploring possibilities rather than limitations, and take a step back from preconceptions about what is considered healthy by outer standards.
OUR HOLISTIC WELLNESS COACH

Our health coach Michelle is a certified holistic health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. After working in different corporate environments and fast-paced workplaces, witnessing and experiencing how hard it can be to balance work-life and personal health, she identified a need to make habits and routines prioritizing one's wellbeing the norm. She decided to change career paths and focus on holistic well-being, helping people create a steady base to lean back on when life gets busy.
She finds the current atmosphere around wellness limiting and too focused on strict rules, endless diets, hardcore workout schemes, and unrealistic demanding goals.
Michelle's approach is finding a way back to what works for you, in an enjoyable environment, rather than bringing more pressure and stress by trying to be "healthy" according to outer standards. It is about you feeling at your best, not about how wellness may look like on social media or around you.

OUR PROGRAMS
It's been studied that working in 3-6 month programs gives the best and most sustainable results. We usually work with sessions every other week and in between we have exercises, tools, information handouts on specific topics and accountability support. The sessions take place live (in Helsinki/Stockholm) or online, according to your preferences.
