Bonbon surf and yoga retreats in Biarritz are a compilation of the sweet things in life. Intimate wellness retreats with a lighter take and a hint of hedonism. Nutritious and good food, natural wines, surfing in the fresh Atlantic ocean, countered with calming yoga and meditation. Just enjoying a week of relaxing, leaving demands and limitations on the shelf for a while. Our home location is the beautiful and iconic surf town of Biarritz in the southwest of France

Bonbon wellness and health coaching offer personal support and coaching to make sustainable and long-lasting changes that support your holistic well-being and help you find healthy and balanced routines. We know wellbeing is bio-individual and looks different for everyone and therefore we tailer the programs according to your goals ayou have nd changes you want to make. The focus areas can be anything from stress management, exercise routines or  thinking patterns to nutrition, sleep management or hormonal health.

OUR BIARRITZ SURF AND YOGA retreats takes the best parts from surf camps and wellness retreats, merging them into a fun, intimate, and joyous hybrid. Think wellness with a generous hint of hedonism. Healthy and nutritious food combined with croissants and chocolate. Adrenaline rush surfs, followed by calming yoga. Simply having fun and learning something new, while taking a break from the old. Immersing yourself in the Atlantic and basking under the warming sun.

What is wellness coaching? Wellness, or health coaching is an interactive process where the client and coach work together on behavioral change. The health coach functions as a support and accountability coach for you, facilitating and supporting you in the changes you want to make, and the goals you want to achieve. Through health coaching, you can work on feeling more in balance and create a stable base, enabling you to better tackle life's ups and downs. The work happens in sessions, through exercises, tools, and handouts on specific topics of interest. We work by exploring possibilities rather than limitations, and take a step back from preconceptions about what is considered healthy by outer standards.

 

The focus areas can be anything from stress management, nutrition, movement, exercise routines, hormonal health, thinking patterns and more. Our health coach Michelle is a certified holistic health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
