BONBON COMMUNITY “RETREATS” TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By transferring your pre-payment, you indicate that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions on this page. Thank you!
The terms and conditions will also be sent to you by email in the booking stage.
By completing a reservation with us, you agree to accept the following terms and conditions:

PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT

Upon confirmation of your booking, the customer shall pay BONBON Community a deposit of the sum of 25% of the total amount within 24h. Payments are made via banktransfer.

The deposit is only refundable if cancellation is made within 24 hours of making the booking. The cancellation needs to be clearly stated in an email. It is possible to transfer your booking onto another person if you can't join.

The remaining balance of the retreat cost needs to be be paid by the customer to BONBON Community before 2 months prior to the start of the retreat.

If payment of either the deposit or the balance is not received by the date set in these T&C’s, BONBON Community reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain the deposit payment if this is later than 2 months prior to the start of the retreat.

The remaining balance payment of the retreat is non-refundable. You may transfer your booking onto another person according to agreement with the BONBON Community team. We strongly recommend having travel insurance with a cancellation policy to cover any such rare occurrences or cases of illness or force majeure preventing the customer from travelling.

BONBON Community reserves the right to offer discretionary discounts, and this does not affect the status of any guests who have paid the full price.
RIGHT TO CHANGES

Due to illness of staff, matters concerning participant’s safety, operational circumstances such as damage to the CasaViel property and other reasons, BONBON Community reserves the right to amend the booking dates. BONBON Community is not liable for any additional costs or losses that may occur to the client due to these types of changes, including airfares.
​TRAVEL INSURANCE

We highly recommend that you have an accurate travel insurance for the time you spend at the retreat. The insurance should cover any medical treatment, illnesses, accidents, personal injury, lost/stolen property and travel delay/cancellation. It is the resposibility of the client to ensure they have this intakt before travelling.

BONBON Community is not responsible for accidents or injuries sustained due to any activities during the retreat.
PERSONAL BELONGING

Any belongings left at the property are the clients sole responsibility. BONBON Community and the staff is not responsible for any loss or damage for personal property.
